Internal Use Terms

These terms govern access to and use of Nifty Inc software, tools, systems, and related materials made available for authorized internal business use.

These Internal Use Terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of software, applications, websites, systems, and related materials provided by Nifty Inc (“Nifty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

The software and related services are intended solely for authorized internal, operational, and approved business use. They are not public consumer products.

Access is limited to authorized employees, contractors, consultants, clients, or other persons specifically approved by Nifty. Access credentials may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the authorized individual.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nifty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profit, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the software.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
